REFUND POLICY

To place a refund, return, or exchange request for an order placed with Tahweel, the user must contact the support team via the communication channels available on the website and the application.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please have your transaction ID ready and specify the reason for your request. Our team will review your case within two business days and notify you of the outcome via email.

Tahweel accepts refund, return, or exchange requests submitted within 30 days from the order date and reserves the right to grant extensions for specific products or exceptional cases at its sole discretion.

Please note that if the service has already been used or activated, the refund request may not be eligible for approval. Some services may have specific return conditions outlined in the order details before the user confirms the request.

If the refund request is granted by Tahweel, payments are processed as follows:

  • Credit / Debit card payments are refunded within 2 business days.
  • Amounts may be credited to the user balance within 2 business days, depending on the purchased service.
